Founding Claim Terms
These terms apply when you register a Founding Claim during the Founding Homeowners campaign.
What a Founding Claim is
A Founding Claim records your intention to connect a UK property to umovingu (UMU) and reserves your place in the Founding Homeowners campaign. It assigns a permanent Founder Number when accepted.
What it is not
A Founding Claim does not verify legal ownership of the property, transfer any property rights, or activate a Digital Property Passport. Ownership verification happens when full property claiming becomes available.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal details and select the correct property address.
- Use one Founder Number per person (one email address per Founding Homeowner).
- Accept that multiple Founding Claims may exist for the same property while joint ownership is resolved at verification.
Marketing communications
Optional marketing consent is separate from service messages about your Founding Claim, Founder Number, certificate and next steps.
